Today's SEUSS Fun with Paint Project!!!

After we were done with our Seuss poem of the week.  My students painted with their finger tips, these pattern squares that created the Cat in the Hat!  They came out adorable.  Here are a few of them:

And, of course my son had to join in the fun by creating his own abstract art using the paint that was left over.  Even teens have fun with paint....  :)

oops, one more entry!

Very cute. Where did you get the Cat in the Hat pattern for them to use. Are there little boxes to show where they put each finger? Can you share with me where you got it and/or possibly email it to me?
Thanks,

@Kristine
Kristine,
I got the pattern from Michaels' a year ago. I will see if I have an extra copy to scan. I don't know if Michaels' carries it this year, but it is called Mosaic Tiles. It came with tiny little squares, but I decided to have the kids fingerpaint.
